company culture is great. Brand is hot and sells its self. Benefits are amazing.

Cons

internal process a night mare to get orders submitted. Driven by retail ideas not b2b. You compete against retail stores and promotions are retail geared. Stay away if your in b2b sales as the comp plan is low. Reps went from making 100k plus to under 75k.
