      Great Pay for Time - Time hours. 20-30 hrs a week. average $3500 a month before taxes. 30% tax on commissions.

      Cons

      If you wind up with a manager that does not like you and much prefers to help those of their own race you are in for more of a uphill experience. Some are given opportunities while others have to make their own.
