Pros

Great people who really care about providing world class customer service & products to their customers. Upper level management try to stay in touch with the pulse of the employees through their employee satisfaction surveys. Great benefits for cell phone service, very good Medical, Dental and Eye benefits. Good people to work with in all levels of management and employees. They recognize the value of thier employees and reward them according to thier individual performance.

Cons

Need better communication from the senior level management team to the employees working in the weeds. Better direction from the top as to where the company is headed.
