      Pros

      Learn now technologies, learn enterprise systems. Bonuses were good, until they minimised them.

      Cons

      They kept me in some other company for 5 years. Although I tried to find a job in the same company out of Macedonia, they never responded positively. We all thought there is some good salary there, but it was usual. Although it was recommended for me to have Oracle and Tibco courses, they never happened.
