Amazing! - Anonymous employee TAK Broadband Employee Review

There are too many to name! I came from a very unstable and toxic company, and TAK has refreshed my outlook on being a worker with how much the company truly cares about its employees. I feel valued and respected as an employee, and I can't stress enough how amazing it is that TAK wants you to have a work-life balance. Management is understanding and helpful, and there are a lot of opportunities to be had if you want to seize them. I think my favorite thing about this place is that I feel heard and that I am a team member and not just someone who is here to fill a spot.
