      TAK would ask about the team and how the atmosphere was at the offices as well as the mental health of the staff

      Cons

      Really stressful if you were earning them dollars all was well. If not you better have a reason. You have to understand they are a contract company. Their money is earned from your work. If your not Turing you ain't earning. You ARE held accountable for it
