Opportunities will definitely rise in the future. Management is friendly. The best thing about this company is that it upholds its Culture and Value to the Core; an highly excellent one at best.
Cons
No visible growth for employees to aspire to, Low pay for Current Drivers, however A reasonable pay for New Hire, resulting in an unfair job market for existing employees. Training is very limited and available to either those who beg for it, or make their own route, making this journey feel like a very long road, onto a foreign country.
