Fast-paced Always changing Opportunities are available for employees to make measurable changes Excellent leaders within certain functions of the company
Cons
-IT is under-resourced to be able to adequately support all business needs -Upstream processes need to be focused on more strongly to as to prevent poor business processes from occurring downstream. Also, during conversions, efforts are placed on putting band-aids on processes and then moving on quickly vs. spending the right amount of time/resources up front to "do it right." This consistently creates more problems/inefficiencies on the back-end for TBC and costs TBC more $$ in the long run.
