100% guaranteed to walk away with a Master's Degree in Con Artistry Sales rallies, new hire training, and town hall 20's are a good time if you like raging keggers.

Cons

The real reviews sum it up, well. If you love Kool-Aid you've come to the right place. You are not allowed to be intelligent, believe in fairness, or ever fight for yourself/fellow employees, or moral values. Heaven help you if you ever point out the corruption in upper management. You will constantly fear for your job, every single day. EVERY SINGLE DAY. You can earn up to 6 weeks vacation, but don't think about using that vacation. You can't. You will constantly be short staffed, over worked, under paid. In 6 years I went through 4 pay structures. Started with a base of $26k. Left with a base of $26k. You will hear "customers matter" "employees matter" "community matters". What that actually means: lie, lie, lie to the customer. Do whatever it takes to close that sale. No excuses. You will quickly learn to despise the word "unacceptable". Everything is unacceptable. You sold 7 tablets, today? That's unacceptable. We told you to sell 9. You stayed over 1 hour to finish a $1,000 GP sale? That's unacceptable. We did not approve overtime. You sneezed? That is unacceptable. You are not allowed to spread germs. You need to go to the hospital because you broke your arm? That's unacceptable. We don't have anyone to cover your shift. Contradictions run wild. You are told not to sell Apple products because they potentially cost the company $60k in profit per month compared to the potential sales of a low cost Android phone. Then the next shipment you receive is 23 brand new shiny IPhones and you have 1 Android in the safe. Have you heard of the word embezzlement? One of the most common sales tactics is telling the customer a) they must have insurance on their device payment phone because they do not own the phone until it is paid off. b) store fees, you have to pay stores fees. Guess what. You do not have to have insurance, and you do not have to pay store fees. The sales representative, and their manager however will lose their jobs if they don't force these things on you. My absolute favorite was the day they introduced a sales process called HUSTLE into our market and forced us to use it for fear of losing our jobs. Look up the definition of the word "hustle" and you will understand why I was moved to tears laughing. Sadly, none of this is an exaggeration. INCLUDING the broken bone.

Easy job to obtain Some coworkers can be fun/easy to work with

Cons

Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though. Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime. Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore. Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
