Pros
Awesome pay for a part-timer, great commission rates (for part timers) and lots of chances to compete for prizes for best sellers. Store co-workers were awesome.
Cons
Micromanagement. Got texts, emails, and phone calls from either regional or senior managers every half hour. Sometimes fake calls would come in and we would be recorded, then summoned to a meeting with 15-20 people and forced to evaluate the phone call (really embarrassing and demoralizing). Each store in a region was required to meet the same minimums, but some stores were located in dinky po-dunk towns and some were located in major areas, so the pay was not equal at all. One time, I got paid more than my manager for the week because of the way they changed their commission scale. It was weird.
