Pros
This company is like a dream come true. No bureaucracy, no rigid hierarchy, supportive leadership, and super-smart co-workers. Every decision is made through the lens of "what is the right thing to do for our clients and our employees". Lots of companies talk about their core values, but TCG really lives them and believe it or not we talk about them all the time -- people are recognized for demonstrating fair, open, and honest behavior, and the other core values. Because of how we behave, clients tend to love us and treat us as equal partners in achieving their missions. The benefits package is excellent -- competitive health, 401K, parking or metro assistance, and a benefit where you get one hour of time off for every hour you work over the number of regular hours in a pay period.
Cons
It is government contracting, so if you don't like that you won't like this. It is not the ruthless grind of a lot of beltway bandits where people are just a commodity and benefits are limited, but the clients are government agencies and the company does proposals to get work and grow.
