We're human, so we have flaws and make mistakes. The good thing is everyone has the best of intentions and is transparent, so it's easy to resolve and recover from frustrations and feel like your perspective is understood. That leads into the fact that working for a good company does not mean work is always easy. TCG tries to make work as enjoyable as possible and maintain work-life balance, but we're a group of smart, hard-working individuals within government contracting. We can't avoid that sometimes work is very demanding, and we all hold each other to high standards. My gripes really stem from operating within the confines of industry itself more than anything about TCG.
