Pros

Not from my view.

Cons

They literally write their own reviews and promote a fake culture. Every day would consist of immaturity. The VP was rude and had no humility and false judgments of workers.

We’re sorry that your experience at TCG was not superb. We try to create a culture based on shared core values to be honest, fair, intelligent, and collaborative — none of which embrace rudeness or immaturity. We wish that you had expressed your concerns to HR so that corrective action could have been taken. The reviews on Glassdoor and other review sites are written by current and former employees who wish to share their experience about working for the company. By no means are these reviews calculated or carefully crafted by some expert wordsmith. Per Glassdoor’s policy, reviews cannot be deleted or altered, unless it can be categorically shown that the review is misplaced, e.g. it’s intended for a different company. Take a look at Glassdoor’s Terms for details: https://www.glassdoor.com/about/terms.htm. All this said, we clearly failed to help make your work experience enjoyable. Best wishes to you. We hope that you find your way to a company that is great for you.

Pros

I worked as a Training Specialist supporting federal training initiatives and had a very positive experience overall. The organization maintained a professional and collaborative environment where leadership was approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in both customer success and employee support. One of the company’s strengths was its ability to operate effectively within a complex federal environment while maintaining flexibility and strong communication across teams. Employees were trusted to take ownership of their responsibilities, and individuals who demonstrated initiative were often given opportunities to contribute beyond the boundaries of their formal roles. The work was meaningful, team collaboration was strong, and management maintained professionalism during periods of organizational and contractual transition.

Cons

Cons Like many federal contracting environments, long-term stability can sometimes be influenced by contract cycles and government funding timelines. Processes occasionally evolved during active projects, requiring adaptability from staff.
