While we can't always provide as much vacation time as we'd like, we offer a number of ways to ensure work/life balance is maintained, employees are energized and engaged, and we are all able to produce our best work, all the time. You might want to look into the Vacation Purchase Plan, or talk to Happiness about your time-off needs.
Our parental leave plan matches or is better than six of the top ten largest government contractors (who have the largest budgets for such things, so it’s a good aspirational comparison). It’s a solid start. We will work on improving this over coming years. (It is complicated because we have to answer to our government clients and American taxpayers, instead of the stock market and investors.)
We are always looking at ways we can expand our benefits for new parents.
