Thank you so much for the review! We agree - we do need more contracts. We’ve grown by adding contracts every year since 2005, and it’s always been valuable to the organization. Growth isn’t just good for revenue, it also means more diversity of options for employees, more opportunity to make a difference in the world and with our government, more chances to prove that there is such a thing as a government contractor you really want to work for. We’re constantly working on getting new work. If you’d like to support those efforts, let the WinTeam know you’re interested. We’re always looking for great technical architects, writers, and editors.

Pros

I worked as a Training Specialist supporting federal training initiatives and had a very positive experience overall. The organization maintained a professional and collaborative environment where leadership was approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in both customer success and employee support. One of the company’s strengths was its ability to operate effectively within a complex federal environment while maintaining flexibility and strong communication across teams. Employees were trusted to take ownership of their responsibilities, and individuals who demonstrated initiative were often given opportunities to contribute beyond the boundaries of their formal roles. The work was meaningful, team collaboration was strong, and management maintained professionalism during periods of organizational and contractual transition.

Cons

Cons Like many federal contracting environments, long-term stability can sometimes be influenced by contract cycles and government funding timelines. Processes occasionally evolved during active projects, requiring adaptability from staff.
