Pros

TD overall is a great bank in my opinion. Bonus is convoluted at first, but once understood, it is really well structured. Everything operational is on their Main Hub Webpage. For any banker, this location is amazing. Several Small businesses, and potential for this branch is through the roof

Cons

The Manager is atrocious. Every employee who has worked at this location has quit to go to a different bank. I have lost count how many times I would build a relationship with a client to ask for their business, and they have told me that they would never do business with us because they despise our manager. I have not once met a customer who did not complain about them. Either with how they treated them personally, or by how they have witnessed the treatment to the employees. daily meetings are held to embarrass, harass, and insult each of the employees. Complains about how the branch is a failure and that no body is doing their jobs, however, needs help from all of her employees to do any part of her job. after working for TD for 8+ years with no complaints, I transferred to this branch for a promotion. After witnessing the failure, the branch manager has committed, without any sense of accountability, and without accepting any coaching from more tenured employees, I was fed up and decided I wanted to transfer to a different branch. However, without any sales, or hitting targets, because customers refuse to work with the manager, I was denied several times. I have decided to leave TD unfortunately because the toxicity in that branch was too much.

TD Bank offers Great benefits, very diverse work environment, everyone is super nice, and willing to help if help is needed. The pay is great!

Cons

TD Bank is very big on time management. Very strict on the 31 minute lunch break, no more no less exactly 31 minutes!

Pros

Wish there was some to share.

Cons

Working in Talent Acquisition here was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. The culture felt incredibly toxic, with management frequently creating an environment where employees’ concerns were dismissed or reframed in a way that made them question their own experiences. Communication lacked transparency, expectations changed constantly, and support from leadership was minimal. Hiring decisions often felt inconsistent, with factors outside of merit seemingly carrying more weight than skills and qualifications. As someone in TA, that made it difficult to feel confident in the integrity of the recruitment process. Management created a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Feedback was rarely constructive, accountability was one-sided, and employee well-being did not appear to be a priority. Morale was consistently low, turnover was high, and it was difficult to see a path for growth.
