      Good monitors Modern themed branches Unique process

      - Micromanaging in the most aggressive form - Short 30 minute lunches, no one is given the 2 15 minute breaks. - EXTREME ON ASKING FOR SURVEYS - you can possibly lose your job or be on close watch if you under perform on surveys. - borderline aggressive sometimes un ethical sales tactics - rude attitude towards customers - company neglects employees and constantly sets employees against customers not letting proper client - advisor relationships form. - you can do the work, have the numbers but they knock your numbers down based on a tight criteria. - they don’t offer coffee anymore, bring your own pods. - you can not trust anyone, management especially. -
