      Pros

      Flexible Work Schedule. Management is good about the ability to schedule family events as long as you do so ahead of time. You work in a back office and do not have to talk to customers (usually).

      Cons

      No opportunity to advance. The work can get rather boring. They keep giving younger people the chance to become industry certified when I have specifically asked to take the test.
