      Pros

      Good work life/balance. Flexible schedule. Tuition reimbursement, 401K, and benefits for full and part-timers. If banking is your career path there are many growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Culture is based on customer service which some clients take advantage of. Pay is below average. After the conversion with Commerce Bank some of the great advantages customers had are no longer present which leads to a questionable future for the bank.
