Extremely stressful environment - Senior Auditor TD Employee Review

The IT Audit depart has experience massive turnover, as management does not value their employees. As another reviewer stated extreme micro managing, unattainable deadlines. Management is not trustworthy and will focus on the negatives regardless of anything positive in regards to employment. There is a lot of talk for change and yet it never occurs. Moral is horrible because of distrust of management. This company would be a disservice to your audit career.
