      Great culture. Promotes diversity and inclusion. Plenty of room for advancement within the organization.

      Cons

      There are opportunities to review benefits and allow for 100% RRSP Contribution on incentive awards. Staff Banking Benefits should be enhanced. Greater discounts on Credit Products would be ideal in current environment.
