Pros
Benefits are pretty good. It is a decent pay check…not great.
Cons
It is a very strange culture where everyone that works there is completely on board the kool aid train. They offer 5 weeks vacation to start and though that seems great it is not. You have to use your vacation time for any holidays or you will not get paid for it. Also, the bank is open seven days a week and you end up working all kinds of hours. Store managers seem better suited to be running the local Forever 21 shop at the mall then managing a bank. The finale kicker is they screw over customers with their checking account debit card advance. They literally steal from them and if you work at the branch you have to listen to these poor suckers complain about getting ripped off constantly. The bank does nothing because they make a few billion a year. Really a terrible place.
