Great balance of family and work time at 55 hours a week enforced max unless agreed but expected to work 55 hours so 6 figures a year is guaranteed. Insurance is the best I've seen with no referrals needed for specialists and specialists cost 10 dollars in network. All ongoing maintenance meds are free suck as diabetic scripts insulin and all mailed right to your door. Includes company contributed spending account with 300 a year provided by company. The list of insurance perks goes on and on with most free or next to nothing out of pocket. Retirement is also the best I've seen with two accounts. 401k and esop company stock. The company stock and the 401k are matched with no caps and the company stock just goes up and up by 23 percent in one year. The company provides all training and real certifications that follow you even if you no longer work for the company. The company genuinly cares more about the well being and quality of life of employees and safety over profits but don't abuse it either. Company vehicle when gas credit card and home depot credit card if needed for parts along with numerous approved venders. Company phone and tablet to clock in and out and invoice and order with so you leave from your house straight to customer unless company meetings. There are so many more. Nobody leaves this company voluntarily. It's my gold standard.

Can't think of any but i know there are some. Only left because it's covid with the companies reduction in force. Going back as soon as i can.
