I worked for the TD Ft. Worth branch and it was good at first but all they really care about is the numbers. They don't care how good you are. I was there top chiller tech in Ft. Worth. It's a shame that TD has so much potential but it's management that holds it back. I seriously questioned there capabilities when it comes down to chillers. Pros

Medical benefits are good. Training is ok.

Cons

They don't have the necessary equipment to work on chillers. Had to go to Dallas to get equipment every time. Management doesn't bid jobs correctly and then they want to point fingers. All they care about is the numbers on contracts even if it's to cut corners. Very little or no growth in the chiller end.
