Pros
The company offers a variety of training opportunities. Whether you are a front line worker or a senior executive, you will have a chance to learn. The company prides itself on retention and visitors will see the smiling faces of 5+ year employees in the hallways (that could also be a con).
Cons
The company has no concept of diversity or inclusion. Being a bunch of good old boys, the company does not put value into legitimate human resources leaders, does not embrace change, and and merely checks the HR boxes. Meanwhile, skilled workers are not valued, and turnover in the human resources department itself is some of the highest in the company.
