Pros

Great orientation and training. Started off good.

Cons

Ended bad. They take the "Partner" idea too far. They make you do things that are not in your job description. Example would be they would use plumbers as sheet metal guys and not pay them more or even care and would threaten to fire them if they didn't do it. Same happen to me a QA/QC Guy... they tried using me as a field worker. I don't know if that is complaining but I don't care I have never seen that happen in my life. Then they say "oh we thought you were a team player" just because you are a "partner" there.
