Pros

Great technology and fantastic support from corporate. Corporate life in Madison, WI seems to be very developed but local offices run with their own autonomy and it is a truly bad atmosphere.

Cons

Terrible local management that corporate continues to embrace and has for many years. Local management lied to me from day one about positions, wages (both potential and realistic) and will throw anyone under the bus for professional interests or gain. Absolutely no sense of family at the local level. Lots of back stabbing that has gone on for years but corporate refuses to do anything about the local manager due to her connectivity with key managers.

Pros

- Great benefits - Great PTO/Sick time - Promote from within - Rigorous training schedule - Great on the job resources - Ability to work autonomously - Competent supervisors - Work from home - A fun job for people who love educating others on how things work and assisting them with technical issues

Cons

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
