Pros

Pay, time off is easy to use and automatically approved

Cons

The company will alter metrics without warning or training and expect you to adapt to those changes even if it completely changes the nature of your job adding sales metrics to retention agents is a good example the company is also not shy about laying people off after bragging about earnings 2 weeks prior

Cons

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
