There is lots of opportunity for growth, and the organization values that. It's one of the first companies to adapt to where the industry is going, and also when it comes to employee management. The organization constantly improving itself and adapting to what would work best.
Cons
Your experience can vary greatly depending on your manager. The organization rewards employees who don't set work-life boundaries, so the employees who do set them don't get the same rewards and therefore the culture of overworking continues. Also, it can get very political, and there are some leaders who don't have the right values.
