      Can learn many thing through training. Good company for freshers.

      CS Management is too bad. They don't even bother to loose experience candidates. No retention policy from manager/TL.

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
