Pros
Benefits, Bonuses, very easy to work with you when you need time off for family or personal needs. Vacation time after you have been there 10 years.
Cons
People would lie about your attendance stating that you weren't coming in on time or were leaving early. I was also told that when I asked for a promtion that our department didn't promote from within their own department. Not enough people to do the work, therefore too many people are overloaded and have to work over time. They also give very low pay raises.
