Would not reduce workload when health issues and stress were affected. Management would target individuals and intimidate them to resign or remove them if they made a non-conforming decision. Targeted the over-50 group of long timers as TE could not afford their vacations and higher-level pay. Removed work force employees who had core knowledge of how to do things that no one else had, limiting manufacturing, processing, and approval throughput.
