Has some good benefits such as paid vacation, personal time and holidays. The culture and values of the company are great there just needs to be employees that follow them and adhere to them.
Cons
Health Insurance is too expensive, management is not good with employees, there is no equal career opportunities for all, bad work and life balance, there is a lack of diversity in management and leadership positions. The company's management does not care about employee's personal life, they only care about production. They don't get factory orders right which is caused by poor management and weak leadership. There also isn't enough personnel to get the job done, temporary workers quit because of the negative working environment. which is a chain reaction leading to the delay of completed orders.
