Pros
This company has more or less decent products, technology and people. Majority of people here take their responsibility seriously and work toward a common-sense goal of benefiting the company instead of playing a game to fulfill the requirements of self-conflicting matrix, which often hurt the company.
Cons
No new directions. Only cost cutting. The company keeps shrinking footprints in California. It is really stupid to sell the 60-acre Menlo Park campus to Facebook at a mere 100 millions dollars. The campus itself can make that much money within a few years. Never mention that the relocation expense alone is more than that. It will not be the same after the relocation. A lot will be lost in translation.
