Pros
Friendly, Professional, Easy Going People, which a culture of wanting to improve all the time. There is flexibility with the mid-level management to show initiative and also try to influence change.
Cons
The majority of the population in IT& engineering are older. People work their entire lives here, straight out of college to retirement. No one desires to change their role or aspires to rotate out unless there is a managment directive to re-org the roles.
