Pros
Great products, good focus on the business units, clear statement of company values, highly talented staff. The company targets compensation at the 50th percentile, but people tend to get more, and the benefits package is very competitive.
Cons
The environment is becoming highly political, and the company seems to reorganize itself every year. In the past, the company allowed employees latitude to contribute new ideas. This attitude seems to be going away as the company seems to be less tolerant of taking risks.
