HR's only purpose was not to represent the employees but prevent lawsuits. Management did not care for their employees. The atmosphere got so bad they had to call in HR from corporate to deal with the large number of employee complaints...bullying was especially noticeable, this was condoned/encouraged by management. Jobs are being farmed out to Mexico/China to improve margins so your job may not be there for long. Avoid this place like the plague.
