Pros
They pay well because they have to, it isn’t a well known company and there is TYCO baggage. People do not retire from TE. They are in constant re-org and no one is safe.
Cons
Constant re-org Claim diversity and inclusion but it isn’t funded and isn’t real Don’t really care about customers nor employees Going down hill fast Not supportive of women nor diverse leaders…top leaders are all white male.
