Pros
- Good place to learn sales, cross function interaction, global team collaboration, Freedom to make your business plan (depends on manager). - medical insurance, car for field Sales engineers, etc,. as per MNC standard. HR does good work. CTC looks good but take home will not be much. - Have nice chance to be creative for getting new business, management is willing to take risk.
Cons
- not good for more than 10 years experienced, some how got a feeling that this company India wants to have less than 10 years exp employee...
