Pros
Almost without exception, every colleague I have worked with has been excellent.
Cons
The management style relies heavily on command and control, through intimidation, rather than through collaboration, fostering trust and building relationships. Questions are not welcome, and long hours are expected. It is not a fun place to work right now.
