Cons
Thou the company willing to invest in the system, there always a lack of communication that causes great inconvenient and disruptions to the daily activities for the front line staffs. Employees benefits & welfare are not up to the standard of what a big MNC suppose to be. The annual salary increment and bonuses are really pathetic. Although you might be performing well during the assessment period, your rewards would be "generalized" against the BU, global and the whole company performance; which eventually you will left nothing much at the end.
