Cons
Political; Policy changes frequently; cost down always happen in manufacturing sites. The organzation is very complicated. Few working guys were managed by many managers. Many guys have over 2 bosses. Nobody to speak out when a quick & important decision is needed. Long Procedure & Low Efficiency.
