Not sure what the future holds - Anonymous employee TE Connectivity Employee Review

The hours are unreasonable. They are working operators 12 hour shifts, required overtime and Saturdays . Hiring temps instead of permanent employees. Customers are always complaining, hard to hear a good thing about what we do. Never hear what we do is right unless we go to company meeting where it is just half truths. This used to be a company where hardwork and dedication was rewarded-now I don't know what it is.
