Only thing they care about is fake cost savings so that they can tell the board of directors that they are saving so much money while the operators are working in sweat shops and profit margins are dwindling. They 'Want'robotics but not willing to staff. Low cost country sites are struggling while a few German locations are thiving. They have 3 headquarters to avoid taxes. Overall, it's a very shady company. I got pushed put because they wanted me to announce $100M in fake cost savings as $67M. Go lookup Tyco Electronics on Wikipedia. It's the same culture.
