      Company is famous for ethical communication between employees, it provides pretty good opportunities to grow and try yourself in new departments/fields.

      Cons

      Since company is ethical it can be hard and time-consuming to promote for higher positions. Company is large and there are a lot of people who joined the company earlier, they will have huge promotion advantage even if they are performing better or have less to offer to the process.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
