> Reputation as the worst company in Galway to work for (improving) > No internal career progression, good people are always leaving. Make up career progression flouted at operator levels for stats > Pushing out / not backfilling positions over the last 6 months leading to even heavier workloads > Serious lack of standards & project management > Be careful if you have any mental health issues, one senior was sacked recently with it
