Pros
Colleagues were nice to work with, but it was definitely an autonomous job as everyone took care of their own client accounts. Brand new IT equipment and also new office space with good amenities (coffee, fresh fruits etc).
Cons
Challenging environment in the Automotive BU, responsibilities are not equally shared. Pressure for results coming from top to bottom without rethinking the larger structure. Poor local leadership in terms of people management, integration as a larger team. Very often people took medical leaves due to stress at the job.
