Poor senior leadership that doesn't manage business well and will just layoff people globally to hit the bottom dollar, so beware. Then they will try to rehire the knowledge lost months later at the expense of their employees who get stressed doing multiple jobs to juggle the mishaps of senior leadership. No long term thinking, just quarterly panic with layoffs negatively impacting people at plants and overall seem to just be top heavy with a bunch of talkers and not enough doers. HR is very poorly led too globally.
