Pros

- Lets you work from home, flexible schedule, the brands are well-known - They give you proper trainings on brands, programming, and administrative duties, -You create and control your own promotional staff - They have benefits of paying for your cell phone, gym, gas and other expenses needed

Cons

- Deadlines, following up with distributors and accounts can stressful - Many times it felt as if you are "selling" the programming to accounts when this was already to be established on the distributors behalf -Working from home/ having limited upper managers leads you to fall behind on deadlines with questions on data - Hard to impossible to work your way up without a direct reference
