      Pros

      Nationwide reach Fantastic lower level employees Clean facility with great maintenance workers on site On set talent do very well with little resources

      Cons

      Hybrid positions are becoming the norm Executive Producers show up later than other staff Higher level staff do not communicate well with lower level employees Young staff learning on the job Stressful positions abound and quality diminishes with every cheap hire Plans are made without communicating said plans to employees it affects the most Lowest pay in the market Lack of effective communication stream

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
